How to Use Microsoft Teams to Join Your Family Holiday Call

Here are some simple step-by-step instructions to send to family who:

1. Do not have the Microsoft teams app installed
2. Are using a personal email account
3. Will be using their computer/laptop

Instructions:

1. Press “click here to join the meeting” highlighted in yellow above.
2. Your internet browser will open. Press CANCEL.
   Remember: Use Chrome or Edge; not Internet Explorer or Firefox.
3. Press CONTINUE ON THIS BROWSER (Ignore all the “download the app stuff.”)
4. Press ALLOW (your browser needs permission to use your microphone and camera for the audio/video)
5. Type in your name (or we won’t know who you are)
6. Press JOIN NOW.
