As of September 2013, I am the new Business Development Manager & Consultant at itgroove Professional Services Ltd in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We are a team of dedicated professionals specializing in Microsoft technologies for the small and medium sized business. Our clients see us as trusted IT advisors and reliable service providers. We see ourselves as technology enthusiasts.
Where Did I Come From?
Often mistaken for an native islander, I was actually born in a small town in Ontario and raised in the United Arab Emirates. I hold an BFA with distinction from the University of Victoria with a specialization in Visual Arts (Photography, Video & Digital Media). My business background is in customer service, sales, marketing and communications with a technology training company, as well as web services with a provincial ministry.
Where Am I Going?
A digital native with a sociable, easygoing attitude, and a zeal for technology, my five year plan centres on distinguishing myself as a local champion for SharePoint and Office 365 solutions, through sharing my personal challenges, solutions and successes as an end-user of these technology tools.
