Skype is going “video messaging everywhere”. Everywhere except Windows Phone. 
Of all the places they should be focusing, their own platform would’ve been a nice place to include in the list of “all users”.

As a Windows/Skype user, this pleases me, however, given I can’t create messages with my phone, it’s SUPER LAME of them (apparently WP users can watch pre-recorded messages at least).
