Security That Keeps Up With the Threat Landscape
Cybersecurity is not a one-time project. Attackers adapt constantly. New vulnerabilities appear daily. Regroove managed security gives your organization layered protection that is maintained, monitored, and continuously improved.
Layered security that actually works together
Security is only effective when all the layers are configured and maintained properly. We do the ongoing work so your protection stays current.
Endpoint detection and response
EDR on every managed device gives us visibility into what is running, what is communicating with the outside world, and what looks suspicious. Threats are contained before they spread.
Email security and anti-phishing
Email is the most common way attackers get into organizations. We deploy and manage layered email security that catches malicious links, impersonation attempts, and malware before they reach inboxes.
Identity and access management
Compromised credentials are behind a large proportion of breaches. We configure and monitor multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and privileged account controls.
Microsoft 365 security configuration
Default Microsoft 365 security settings leave significant gaps. We configure and maintain the full Microsoft security stack including Defender, Purview, and Entra to work together properly.
Security awareness training
Technology alone does not stop phishing. We run regular simulated phishing campaigns and security awareness training so your team becomes part of your security posture, not a vulnerability.
Continuous posture improvement
Your Microsoft Secure Score gives us a measurable target. We track it month over month and work through improvements systematically so your security gets stronger over time.
How we build your security program
Starting with where you are and improving continuously from there.
Security baseline assessment
We assess your current security posture. Microsoft Secure Score, endpoint protection status, email security configuration, identity settings, and backup coverage.
Gap analysis and prioritization
Not every gap carries the same risk. We prioritize by likelihood and impact so the most important things get addressed first, not just the easiest.
Tooling deployment and configuration
EDR, email security, and identity protection tools are deployed and configured. We do not just switch them on, we tune them for your environment to reduce noise and catch real threats.
Policy and compliance setup
Security policies around data handling, device management, and access control are implemented and enforced. Documentation is created for audit and insurance purposes.
Ongoing monitoring and response
Security alerts are monitored and investigated. When something suspicious is found, we respond. You are notified with context, not just raw alert output.
Monthly security reporting
Monthly reports include your Secure Score progress, threats blocked, training results, and a plain-language summary of your security posture and what changed.
Common questions
What security tools do you use?
We work within the Microsoft security ecosystem for most clients, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Entra ID Protection, and Microsoft Sentinel where appropriate. We supplement with third-party tools where Microsoft does not cover a specific need.
Is this the same as MDR?
Our managed security service includes security monitoring and response capabilities that overlap with what is often marketed as MDR. The key difference is that we integrate security into a broader managed IT relationship rather than treating it as a standalone product. For organizations that need a dedicated 24/7 SOC, we can discuss that as part of the engagement.
How do you handle a security incident?
We follow a defined incident response process. Contain the threat, preserve evidence, identify the scope, remediate, and document. We communicate clearly throughout and involve you in decisions that affect your systems or data. After the incident, we do a post-mortem to understand how it happened and how to prevent recurrence.
How do we know our security is actually improving?
Your Microsoft Secure Score gives us a measurable number to track. We report on it every month alongside threat statistics, policy compliance rates, and training results. You can see whether things are getting better and have a conversation with us when they are not.
