Technology Decisions That Actually Make Sense for Your Organization

Technology decisions have long-term consequences. The tools you commit to today shape your costs, your flexibility, and your team's productivity for years. Regroove gives you honest, vendor-neutral advice because we have no preferred vendor quota and no incentive to push a specific product. We help you build infrastructure roadmaps grounded in your real business needs, not someone else's sales targets.

What Good Technology Strategy Looks Like

The difference between a strategy that gathers dust and one that drives real change comes down to whether it was built for your organization or borrowed from a template.

Vendor-Neutral Advice

Regroove does not have a preferred vendor quota. We are not commissioned to push one platform over another, and we do not profit from steering you toward a specific product. When we recommend a tool or a direction, it is because it is genuinely the right fit for your organization.

Roadmap Development

A technology roadmap gives your leadership team a clear view of where you are, where you are going, and what it will take to get there. We build roadmaps that are realistic, sequenced by business priority, and grounded in what your organization can actually execute.

Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise

From Microsoft 365 and Azure to Teams, Intune, and the Power Platform, we know how the pieces fit together. Our depth in the Microsoft ecosystem means we can advise on licensing, architecture, security posture, and adoption in a way most generalist consultants cannot.

Board-Ready Reporting

Technology decisions require buy-in from people who may not be technical. We translate our findings and recommendations into clear, plain-language materials your leadership team and board can actually use to make informed decisions.

Budget Planning and Cost Modeling

Good technology strategy includes a credible financial picture. We model the total cost of recommended changes, help you sequence investments to match available budget, and identify opportunities to consolidate tools and reduce spend.

Change Management Support

Technology changes succeed or fail based on people, not tools. We help you plan for the human side of any initiative, from communication strategies to training programs, so that what gets built actually gets used.

How a Strategy Engagement Works

Every engagement is different, but the underlying approach is consistent. We listen before we recommend, and we build things you can actually use.

01

Discovery

We start by getting to know your organization. That means understanding your business model, your goals, your pain points, your existing tools, and the people who depend on them every day. This is not a form fill. It is a real conversation.

02

Current State Analysis

We document what you have today, how it is performing, what it costs, and where the gaps are. This gives both sides a shared, honest baseline to work from before any recommendations are made.

03

Future State Design

Based on your goals and constraints, we sketch out what a better-fit technology environment looks like for your organization. We present options rather than a single answer, and we explain the trade-offs clearly.

04

Roadmap Development

We turn the future state into a sequenced, prioritized roadmap with timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates. You walk away with a document your team can actually act on.

05

Executive Presentation

We help you present the roadmap and recommendations to your leadership team or board in a format that makes the stakes and the logic clear. We can present alongside you or prepare the materials for you to deliver.

06

Ongoing Advisory

A roadmap is only as good as the team checking on it. We offer ongoing advisory relationships so the strategy stays relevant as your organization changes and new technologies emerge.

Common Questions

What does a consulting engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a discovery phase where we spend time understanding your organization, your goals, and your current environment. From there we move into analysis and recommendations, and ultimately into a roadmap or strategic document your team can act on. The format and depth depend on what you need, and we scope it clearly before we start.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

A focused strategy engagement typically runs four to eight weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly we can schedule working sessions with your team. Larger, multi-department assessments can take longer. We give you a clear timeline at the start and check in regularly.

Do you only advise on Microsoft technologies?

Microsoft is where our deepest expertise sits, but we are not exclusive to it. We regularly advise on vendor selection decisions that span multiple platforms, and we will tell you honestly when a non-Microsoft option is the better fit for your situation.

Can you help us present to our board or leadership team?

Yes. We prepare board-ready materials as part of many of our strategy engagements. We can attend your leadership presentation and help field technical questions, or we can prepare the materials and coach you to deliver them yourself, whichever works better for your situation.
