Helio Pereira

Helio helps organizations of all sizes, along with nonprofits and government clients, modernize the way they work by moving securely and cost effectively to the Microsoft cloud.

He specializes in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure solution design, tenant to tenant migrations, Exchange Online and SharePoint migrations, Intune and Windows Autopilot device management, Microsoft Teams Phone deployments, and security and compliance. He is equally comfortable architecting a solution at the executive level and building the PowerShell automation that brings it to life, which lets him bridge strategy and delivery on every engagement.

His career spans more than two decades in technology. He founded Ceifa IT Services in 2023 and led the acquisition of Regroove in 2025, and he continues to work closely with Netcetera Consulting as a white label service partner. Across every role, Helio has focused on aligning IT strategy with business goals and on building long term partnerships based on trust, innovation, and measurable results.

Helio is a passionate entrepreneur and a lifelong learner who is always exploring new technologies to make sure the solutions he recommends genuinely fit his clients. He is a dual citizen of Canada and Brazil and works with clients across English and Portuguese.

Outside of work, Helio loves snowboarding at Cypress Mountain and Whistler, and spends most summer weekends camping. He also tries to play soccer once a week, though his aging body keeps giving him good reasons to quit.
