Clod Feijao

Clod is the person who makes sure Regroove clients get what they were promised, and then some. As Director of Client Success, he owns the client relationship end to end: onboarding, account management, quarterly business reviews, budgeting and licensing optimization, and making sure every engagement stays aligned with the client's business goals.

What sets Clod apart is that he approaches IT from the business side first. Before joining Regroove, he built his career in financial planning and analysis, most recently as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Paladin Security, one of the largest security companies in North America. Earlier roles at Best Buy Canada, Porto Seguro, and PSA Peugeot Citroen gave him a front row seat to how large organizations budget, forecast, and measure the return on their investments. That perspective shapes how he works with Regroove clients today: he speaks the language of the CFO as fluently as the language of the help desk, and he never recommends technology for its own sake.

Clod is also Regroove's Business Intelligence specialist. He designs and builds Power BI dashboards, Power Query data models, SQL databases, and ETL pipelines that connect the systems a business already runs on, and he modernizes the Excel workbooks that so many organizations depend on with clean, maintainable VBA automation. Because he spent years on the finance side building forecasts and management reports himself, he knows exactly what decision makers need to see in a report, not just how to build one. If a client has data trapped in spreadsheets, line of business systems, or accounting software, Clod is the one who turns it into clear, automated reporting.

Clod co-founded Ceifa IT Services with Helio Pereira in 2023 and was part of the acquisition of Regroove in 2025. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology in Vancouver and a degree in Business Administration from Instituto Sumare in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Clod is a dual citizen of Canada and Brazil and works with clients across English and Portuguese.

Outside of work, Clod spends most weekends camping and riding his motorcycle, and he trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
