Managed Networks

A Network That Keeps Your Team Connected

Your network is the foundation everything else runs on. When it is slow or unreliable, every application, every video call, every file share is affected. Regroove monitors and manages your network so performance issues get caught and resolved before they stop your day.

What managed networks covers for you

A reliable network is not accidental. It requires consistent monitoring, maintenance, and expertise to keep performing.

Around-the-clock network monitoring

Switches, routers, firewalls, and WAN links are monitored continuously. Outages and degradation get caught and acted on before your team calls to report them.

Performance optimization and tuning

Bandwidth contention, misconfigured QoS, and aging equipment are common causes of network slowdowns. We diagnose and fix the root cause rather than rebooting things and hoping.

Firewall and security management

Firewall rules, policies, firmware updates, and security configuration are maintained on a regular basis. Poorly configured firewalls are one of the most common sources of security exposure.

WiFi design and management

Coverage gaps, interference, and authentication issues are common WiFi complaints. We design and manage wireless networks that actually work reliably across your space.

SD-WAN and multi-site support

Organizations with multiple offices or remote workers need network connectivity that is reliable across all locations. We design and manage multi-site networks that perform consistently.

ISP escalation handled for you

ISP issues are frustrating to chase. When an internet outage is on the provider side, we open the ticket, do the follow-up, and keep you informed rather than leaving you on hold.

How we bring your network under management

From documenting what you have to actively managing it day to day.

01

Network discovery and documentation

We document your network topology. Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, ISP connections, VLANs, and any inter-site links.

02

Monitoring deployment

Network monitoring is deployed across all devices. SNMP, ping, and flow monitoring give us visibility into availability, performance, and traffic patterns.

03

Baseline performance measurement

We establish baseline throughput, latency, and error rates for your network. Deviations from baseline trigger alerts before users notice.

04

Security and firewall review

We review your firewall rules, firmware versions, and security configuration. Anything outdated or misconfigured gets remediated.

05

Ongoing monitoring and alerting

Alerts are configured for outages, high utilization, and security events. Our team responds to alerts and resolves issues with or without involving your team depending on severity.

06

Quarterly performance reviews

Every quarter we review uptime statistics, bandwidth utilization trends, incident history, and whether any network changes or upgrades are warranted.

Common questions

What networking equipment do you support?

We work with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and most enterprise-grade networking vendors. We will tell you honestly during discovery if we encounter something outside our expertise.

Do you manage WiFi as well as wired networks?

Yes. Wireless network management, including access point configuration, SSID design, guest network isolation, and WiFi troubleshooting, is part of managed networks. Good WiFi is not an afterthought.

How do you handle ISP outages?

We monitor your internet connection and detect outages quickly. For ISP-side issues, we raise the ticket with your provider, follow up, and keep you updated. Where failover links are in place, we verify they are working as expected.

What about multi-site or remote office connectivity?

Multi-site connectivity including VPNs, SD-WAN, and direct links between offices is included in our managed networks scope. Remote offices get the same monitoring and response as your primary location.
