The destination tenant is configured with proper licensing, identity, and security settings before any data moves.
Staged data migration
Mail, Drive files, and Calendar data are migrated in stages so most content is already in place before the final cutover.
Domain cutover
MX records and DNS are switched over during a planned window, with mail flow verified immediately after the change.
Training and support
Staff get hands on training in Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams, since the daily workflow changes meaningfully when moving off Google Workspace.
