What prepaid time cards are for
Not every request is big enough to justify a full project. Prepaid time cards give you a flexible way to access Regroove's Microsoft cloud expertise for discovery work, scoping conversations, coaching sessions, or short one-off initiatives, without setting up a new project engagement each time.
How it works
Time cards are purchased upfront in 10-hour blocks and drawn down as work is completed, billed in 15-minute increments so you only pay for the time actually used. Requests under a prepaid time card are addressed on a best-efforts basis rather than a guaranteed response time, and work is scheduled during standard business hours, excluding statutory holidays.
Getting started
An active, paid prepaid time card is required before work begins. We do not offer standalone time-and-materials billing outside of this program. If you think a prepaid time card is the right fit for your organization, get in touch and we can set one up.
