IT Support Across Canada
Regroove supports organizations across Canada from two physical offices in British Columbia, Burnaby and Victoria, with on-site work concentrated in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island and remote support everywhere else. That is not a limitation we are working around. Most of what modern IT support involves, Microsoft 365 administration, security configuration, helpdesk, monitoring, is inherently remote work, done well or done poorly regardless of geography.
We have supported organizations spanning construction, engineering, government, retail, and nonprofit sectors, all managed the same way: a flat monthly fee, a real security baseline, and response standards that do not change based on distance from our offices.
Two BC offices, coverage nationwide
Our offices are in Burnaby (#402 - 3999 Henning Dr) and Victoria (#300 - 848 Courtney Street), both in British Columbia. From there, we manage Microsoft 365 environments, security, and helpdesk support for organizations across the country, with on-site visits concentrated where our offices actually are and remote support carrying the rest.
