Email Migration

Moving business email to Microsoft 365, without the downtime and disruption of a poorly planned cutover.

Moving email to the cloud

Email is usually the first system organizations move to the cloud, and for good reason: it touches every employee and is one of the clearest wins for reliability and mobility. Migrating from an on-premises Exchange server, or from another hosted provider, to Microsoft 365 removes the burden of maintaining mail server hardware and patching, while adding built-in protection against spam, phishing, and data loss.

What a good migration looks like

A well-run email migration accounts for mailbox size, existing folder structures, calendars, contacts, and mobile device configuration, and is sequenced to minimize downtime and user disruption. Getting the groundwork right before cutover, not just the technical move itself, is what determines whether end users notice any disruption at all.

Who this is for

Organizations still running an on-premises Exchange server, coming off another hosted email provider, or migrating from Google Workspace to Exchange Online all face the same underlying questions: how much can move automatically, what needs manual attention, and how do you avoid a week of "where did my email go" support tickets. This page is an earlier version of a service we still actively provide. For the current, actively maintained description of our Microsoft 365 migration work, including email, see the link below.
