Throughout his career, Elian has guided clients through a wide range of business technology initiatives, including Microsoft 365 migrations, SharePoint and OneDrive implementations, Teams Phone deployments, Intune and device management projects, identity modernization, and cloud security improvements. He is passionate about delivering practical solutions that not only solve technical challenges but also improve the overall user experience.
At Regroove, Elian combines technical expertise with a strong customer first approach, overseeing service delivery, mentoring technical teams, helping clients navigate complex technology decisions, and ensuring projects and support engagements achieve meaningful business outcomes. His background in both consulting and managed services allows him to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
Outside of Regroove, Elian is a Continuing Studies Instructor at Langara College, where he has been teaching Microsoft 365 and computer technology courses since 2019. He enjoys helping others build confidence with technology and believes that education is one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, Elian enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether he's playing soccer, exploring local hiking trails, or camping with family and friends, he values opportunities to disconnect from technology and recharge in nature. He is also passionate about travel and experiencing different cultures.
