About Elian
As Service Delivery Manager, Elian sits between the plan and the follow through. A good architecture or a good backup strategy only matters if it is actually implemented, tested, and kept current, and that ongoing ownership is where Elian spends most of his time.
On Microsoft 365 projects, Elian works alongside Helio Pereira from the first design conversation, helping shape the tenant structure, identity model, and governance approach that a client will actually live with day to day. On the backup and disaster recovery side, he is the person who makes sure restore tests happen on the schedule they were promised, that the results get documented, and that a plan on paper is a plan that would genuinely work if something went wrong.
