Trend WFBS V9 OutBreak Defense Tab 404 Error page

Scenario:

Upgraded Trend WFBS V8 to V9 SP1.

POST upgrade the OutBreak Defense tab showed a 404 error, file or directory not found.

Scanning the Trend support site turned up nothing in terms of “known issues”.

 

Resolution:

Reset IE and all personal settings

Tools –> Internet Options –> Advanced –> Reset

Once reset complete the OutBreak Defense tab new settings from V9 SP1 is pushed out and displays correctly.
