It takes a village team to plan, manage, implement, teach and deliver SharePoint and we’ve been carefully crafting our team and sharing knowledge within it for years.  Matt made a pretty pie chart outlining the members of our team and the specific skills we all bring to the table.  Just wanted to take a moment to share it with the Internet Peeps.

  1. Amazed you have at least three team members for each area,which totally makes sense. In our company it’s a two person job for everything SharePoint…just sharing a thought.
