This blog post will provide you with some helpful tips on how to get productive with tech in 2022 and the best apps for productivity!

How does technology make us more productive?

There are many reasons why technology makes us more productive. For starters, with the help of certain apps and tools, we can take care of administrative tasks much faster and with less effort. In addition, technology allows us to be more efficient in terms of how we spend our time by automating some processes or tasks that would traditionally require human input. Lastly, thanks to online collaboration tools, we have greater opportunities to connect and work with people from all over the world – thus enhancing our productivity potential.

Remember, technology can enhance your productivity, or reduce it if you’re spending your time on social media or find yourself watching your favourite cat videos when you are meant to be working. If you are facing this problem be sure to use an app blocker to stop yourself from using these apps during your workday. There are many app blockers that are great such as Self Control for Mac, Forest for Android and Freedom for iOS

Work intensively for 90 minutes at a time

According to research, the best way to maximize productivity is by working intensively for 90-minutes and then taking a break. This can be difficult if you are in an office environment, but you can take a quick break or a short walk to reset your brain so you are able to remain productive for the rest of the day. 1. Nice list of apps, thank you. I would add one more: kanbantool.com . I use it to manage my time and projects. It’s based on the kanban method, which is fairly simple, yet very effective. I think the app is worth trying, especially that the trial period is free 🙂
