Our latest Gallery release is a solution that we initially developed for our portal. I had been thinking that we needed something like this – and as it turns out, we’re not the only ones. After implementing this for a few client portals, we decided to make the Project Registry available on the Gallery.
The Project Registry lets you quickly see the health, importance, status and tools of the project at a glance. No more asking around where the notes or conversations about a project are located – you can see where they are and click right through to what you need to see.
It’s also relatively easy to set up with a bit of knowledge on SharePoint Lists, JSLink and Javascript. From an end-user perspective, it’s definitely simple to use.
