That’s possibly not LTE, well within the range of HSPDA speeds.
I dunno dude. According to this, Rogers HSPDA had a “theoretical limit of 21.6mbps” and that would be best case. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogers_Wireless#HSPA.2B. As well, the gui lists the network as LTE and they wouldn’t dare lie to me 😉
