I made the following brief video for our team internally to help illustrate the difference between following a channel, @mentioning a person vs the whole team and the overall concept of “working out loud”. It’s a little casual … but hey, so am I. 🙂 And if it helps someone, somewhere. Bonus. 🙂

  1. Thanks for the tour Sean! How about another video on how you folks balance Teams Channel chatter with Yammer chatter? Do you still use Yammer for certain things, or does it mostly sit there dormant?
