If you know me at all, you’ll know I’m a fan of OneNote. At work I’m on a Surface Pro using OneNote all day. On the road, it is on my iPhone and iPad. At home, it is on my Lenovo Yoga.
My Lenovo Yoga however was driving me batty. It has an Intel Video Card in it and Intel provides (What they deem helpful), a set of “hot keys” so that if I choose CTRL+1 it will move the active window/program I am in to Monitor 1. CTRL+2 would move it to Monitor 2, etc. I can see why they would think this is helpful.
BUT LAY OFF OF MY ONENOTE HOTKEYS MAN!
CTRL+1 on my PC is for creating a quick task list in OneNote and that hotkey is forever just for OneNote in my mind.
The solution: In your Intel graphics card settings (I understand other vendors off these hotkeys as well), turn off the HotKeys.
