If you are trying to determine the IP of the sender of a bullsh#t email message (A spammer), you’ll want to get the info from the message headers.
Below are the various methods to get it as Outlook has changed the interface with every version. Note, you need the original message. If someone forwards a mail to you, it gets a new set of message headers (theirs) so always work with the original message (get them to attach it to the message they send to you).
