Short SharePoint Usage Questionnaire

Don’t mind me, just preparing questions for some SharePoint (existing) business analysis we are going to be doing at a customer tomorrow and I figured this would be useful to share to help get some dialogue going in case you need to do the same.

• What value does it or could it provide? Where is the lost potential?

     

• In your opinion, where does SharePoint/The Intranet fall short?

     

• What are your expectations? What should it do?

     

• What percentage of your day is working on web based applications?

     

• Do you use Facebook? Do you think it could be useful in a business context, if similar technology was employed privately and internally?

     

• Do you use Instant Messaging? OCS/LYNC? Would it be meaningful to integrate it into SharePoint?
