Dear Google Support – Is anyone home?
Ok, this blog post is my next step in trying to get Google Support to respond to my requests for assistance. I’m on *BUSINESS DAY* “8” (yes, “Eight”) with no response.
And for all you Google lovers (excuse makers), this is for the Google Mail for Organizations Service which my customer is *PAYING* for – so none of that crap about giving Google a break, it’s free. Google needs to play like a grown up, if they are going to offer grown up services.
So, Google Mail – Please respond to my ticket please – Ticket #507635939 – Here’s hoping you crawl blogs more often than you check for incoming/outgoing email support tickets.
The Cloud – Hurumph … not business ready.
