How to use Excel 2007 to separate a Column that has First Name and Last Name, separated by a space, into two separate columns

This seemed a worthy 30 second video/overview to share as I run into this enough that others must too. I needed to take an existing spreadsheet, that had several sheets of ‘users’ where the Username and Password were in the same column/field. I needed to separate them into separate columns, with minimal effort (read: lazy) – I had many more to do, than the 5 in this sampler – but you can see how easy/quick this process actually was.
