Well this came in handy the other day…

 

Use this path, to connect to your local SharePoint Windows Internal Database (WID) using SQL Server Management Studio Express (2005), such as in cases where you need to move the databases (say from the default of C: to E:)

Found this tonight (Feb 2009) and its a little more detailed, so I figured I better provide it as he/she took the time to provide screenshots 🙂
