Well, ran into this yesterday. Of course, wasn’t having the symptoms mentioned (client computers cannot access external resources) but was getting the 14147 errors as a firewall had a static route defined. Seems ISA, while it knows about it, doesn’t really know about it unless its defined within ISA itself.
Ok, boring stuff but leaving this as a note for myself in the future… 🙂
