New Useful Licensing Office 365 User Creation Prompt Page

I was creating a new user today in Office 365 and I bought a license during the creation and then went to log on to test it. Instead of the normal failed to logon/user doesn’t exist page I used to get I was now greeted by a page that was actually helpful that said exactly why it didn’t work. It knew I had just created the user and told me it wasn’t ready yet, thanks!
