I was having issues creating a Office 365 Outlook profile on my newly created Windows 10 PC with the preview build of Office 2016. It would hang on the Autodiscover portion indefinitely. Since Outlook 2016 (well at least the preview) can only be configured via Autodiscover I thought I would give the support tool a try as the Remote Connectivity Analyzer said my Autodiscover record was fine.

The tool confirms everything looks great and offers to setup the profile for me
It asks me to sign in to make sure everything is OK. You can also generate the SaraResult.XML file here to have a look at what it found
Outlook 2016 now opens my profile fine and everything works as expected. I had a look through the XML file and everything looks fine so I don’t know why the native Autocorrect didn’t work as expected, but I’m going to chalk it up to a preview version of Office 2016 and the newly installed Windows 10. Hopefully this helps someone.
