This list, with over 40 items on it, is a great place to go to find everything you need to get started with any of the above categories (dev, design, or test). Once you’re started, it’s also a great place to improve your environment, add some tweaking, improve you experience, and step up to all kinds of advanced tools. It’s a nice all-in-one place to find what you need, and from what i can tell, it really has pretty much everything you’ll need – and if not, submit your own suggestions, I’m sure they’ll add them (as they say they will).
