{"id":713,"date":"2017-01-25T17:33:14","date_gmt":"2017-01-25T17:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/stellark\/?p=713"},"modified":"2023-02-24T18:44:10","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T18:44:10","slug":"directory-synchronization-duplicate-attribute-resiliency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/stellark\/2017\/01\/25\/directory-synchronization-duplicate-attribute-resiliency\/","title":{"rendered":"Directory Synchronization \u201cDuplicate Attribute Resiliency\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>New Default Sync Feature Coming<\/h1>\n<p>Duplicate Attribute Resiliency is a feature in Azure Active Directory that will eliminate friction caused by<span style=\"color:#00b0f0\"><br \/>\n<em>UserPrincipalName<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/span>and <em><span style=\"color:#00b0f0\">ProxyAddress<\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>conflicts when running one of Microsoft&#8217;s synchronization tools.<span style=\"color:#00b0f0\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Duplicate Attribute Resiliency will be the new default behavior across all Azure Active Directory tenants. It will be on by default for all tenants that enabled synchronization for the first time on August 22nd, 2016 or later.<\/p>\n<p>Tenants that enabled sync prior to this date will have the feature enabled in batches.
