There was too much content\u00a0to deviate from the outline, so I took some time\u00a0to write out the answers to their questions later that week. Realizing that others may be shying away from and therefore missing out on Windows 8 and 8.1 due to the pain of relearning simple tasks or having to\u00a0learn brand new concepts &#8211; I felt it worth covering these basics in a short and sweet post:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Question #\u00a01 &#8211; <\/strong><strong>How do I get rid of Apps I don&#8217;t want that are cluttering up my environment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delete Apps that are cluttering up your space by right clicking on the tile in the start screen. A menu will appear at the bottom of your screen. You can unpin the program to hide it from view, or uninstall the program to open up more space on your device.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/oh365eh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/07\/windows8-uninstall-app.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-613\" src=\"http:\/\/regroove.ca\/oh365eh\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2014\/07\/windows8-uninstall-app.jpg\" alt=\"windows8-uninstall-app\" width=\"334\" height=\"284\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Question #\u00a02 &#8211;<\/strong><strong>How do I customize the layout of my Apps? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resize the tiles by right clicking the App tile and selecting the &#8220;Larger&#8221; or &#8220;Smaller&#8221; option from the menu. Move tiles by drag and dropping the tiles &#8211; select tile and hold the mouse button down as you drag. To pin new Tiles to the Start Screen or the Taskbar, first access the All Apps screen by right clicking on any existing Tile. The All apps is on the far bottom right.
