{"id":3431,"date":"2020-09-22T19:53:55","date_gmt":"2020-09-22T19:53:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/oh365eh\/?p=3431"},"modified":"2023-02-24T19:50:34","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T19:50:34","slug":"how-to-see-the-attendance-list-after-a-teams-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/oh365eh\/2020\/09\/22\/how-to-see-the-attendance-list-after-a-teams-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"How to See the Attendance List After a Teams Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Want to know who attended your Teams meeting?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-ie\/office\/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310\">Teams Attendance Report Excel spreadsheet feature<\/a> is nice, however\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Only meeting organizers can download attendance reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are only able to download the attendance report while the meeting is in progress and participants are still present.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>One workaround to allow any attendee to see the attendance list is to use the Meeting Chat.
