When I started at itgroove, the resident co-op student had a few words of jaded advice for me: you’d better get used to entering your login information all of the time here.
I went on my days, entering in the login information with the same unaware nonchalance of someone pushing their glasses up their nose, or tucking a strand of hair behind their ear. It was a small annoyance, a tic, though it was nothing I couldn’t live with.
One day, my boss, Sean, noticed my plight. “Has no one shown you about trusted Intranet zones?” He asked. He then showed me a very simple solution to the problem, which made my life a heck of a lot easier.
As for the co-op student? I still don’t think he’s been shown this trick…
