Readability in Microsoft Word

In Microsoft Word, there’s a cool feature you can turn on called “Readability” which shows how readable your document is. It gives you a rating on reading ease, based on the Flesch-Kincaid Reading Ease formula. It also tells you the grade level it would require to read your document, in case you’re drafting docs for second graders. 😉
