What<\/h1>\n

Good news.\u00a0 ActiveSync doesn\u2019t require you to know your \u201cpod\u201d (server) anymore when connecting ActiveSync to Exchange that has been upgraded in the Office 2013 refresh (wallbridge.com just got upgraded in the last 3 days).\u00a0 The bad news is you may need to reset your ActiveSync settings as you may have an old Server entry in your settings.<\/p>\n

So that\u2019s cool, it\u2019s 3 easy steps now<\/p>\n

Note: your decisions for the above may\/will probably vary (all on). I use wallbridge.com as a secondary email address so I don\u2019t want any additional calendars or tasks.<\/p>\n

This last screen is the nice bit.\u00a0 In the past, I had to help ActiveSync along by determining which \u201cpod\u201d I was in by logging into OWA.<\/p>\n

Now What<\/h1>\n

Here\u2019s the one heads up and your mileage may vary depending on when you started using Office 365 (I\u2019ve been on there a long while).\u00a0 For me, I had the my Pod\/Server entered in the field highlighted in the screenshot earlier.\u00a0 With the upgrade, I got new infrastructure.\u00a0 It was painless really. I just deleted the Exchange account on my iPhone and added it new (data is nice and safe on the server).\u00a0 Going forward, I think this is now behind me too \u2026 even better.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
