Use of Exmerge is plentiful but just getting it ready to roll takes the following three steps typically:<\/p>\n

1. Get ExMerge (for Exchange 2003) https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/downloads\/details.aspx?FamilyID=429163ec-dcdf-47dc-96da-1c12d67327d5&DisplayLang=en<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Install Exmerge on a PC that has the Exchange admin tools installed (or on an Exchange server itself)<\/p>\n

3. Make sure your account has Send As\/Receive As Permissions on the Mailbox store you need to work with http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/273642\/en-us<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Copy EXCHMEM.DLL (in your Exchange bin directory) to the same place as EXMerge is copied\/extracted or you’ll get an error<\/p>\n
