Mark Sudul of Osler Systems Management Inc. devoted 25 percent of his workday to company IT matters, until itgroove came on board. Constant off-site monitoring ensures against that eventuality. \u201cWe know before the customer does that disk space is diminishing, for example,\u201d says Wallbridge. \u201cSo we alert customers with an e-mail and options \u2013 pro-activity is the key.\u201d
An ounce of prevention is well understood by medical practitioners. Daniel Milkovich, M.D. and Kent Banks, M.D. enlisted the services of itgroove when outfi tting their new medical laser esthetics centre, MD Esthetics. \u201cWe invested heavily in the best medical software,\u201d says Milkovich. \u201cThe staff at itgroove coordinated the purchase of our hardware, the installation of the hardware and the software, and the training of our staff.
