Some fella (or fine lady) wrote up a nice bit on the presentation Alec and I did in Las Vegas at the Nintex Conference two weeks ago.  They even took my picture and gave me credit for one of Alec’s quotes. 😉

While I’m at it, one of the features of our presentation was a mock “office cam” where we demonstrate the power of our Office Support Orb and discovered the dangers of responding too quickly to a customer issue. 🙂
