Jabra Evolve MS 75 – $420
This professional wireless headset claims to boost your productivity and concentration and includes great noise cancellation options for drowning out background noise. The Jabra Evolve MS 75 has been repeatedly ranked highest for voice quality, making it our top choice for your employees’ headset. It’s a staff favourite here at Regroove, and most of our team members use it every day, or to listen to music while they’re working. This is a great piece of Teams Phone hardware.

Poly – Voyager 4210 – $259
With this Bluetooth office headset, you get superior audio with a great look! Known for its connectivity and freedom to roam multiple devices, the Voyager 4210 will make it easy to work in style. Listening to music between work calls has never been easier. With up to 300ft in device connectivity, this is a great headset option for your employees.

Poly – Blackwire 8225 – $229
This moderately priced headset has many flexible and noise cancelling features and comes with Acoustic Fence technology, as well as an on-call indicator. The Poly Blackwire 8225 is a corded headset that has excellent audio reviews to drown out the noise around you. We think this is a good headset choice; however, it has a cable and many prefer wireless options now. The sound quality of this headset may be be hard to beat, though.

Poly – Blackwire C3210 – $60
This Poly option is a comfortable design that doesn’t break the bank. With a sleek yet corded design, the Poly Blackwire C3210 is a great option for those not wanting to spend a huge amount on headsets.

The Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub is scalable depending on your room size and features one-touch meeting start, making it a quick and innovative Teams rooms hub.

Logitech Meetup Conference Camera – $1200
This all-in-one conference camera has an ultra-wide lens, which is perfect for smaller rooms. The Logitech Meetup Conference Camera is designed for huddle rooms and other small spaces and comes with a 4K Ultra HD camera and 5X HD zoom, giving you excellent quality Microsoft Teams meetings. With good sound capabilities, this conference camera comes with ‘RightSound’ beamforming mic arrays that capture speech, auto-levels, louder and softer noises, and that also suppresses noise.


Teams Huddle Rooms: 2-3 people

Yealink SIP-T56A – Teams Edition – $415
When you think of an old-school headset, this is likely what comes to mind. The Yealink SIP-T56A is a simple to use smart media phone that gives an enhanced HD audio experience to users. Based on the Android 5.1.1 operating system, the devices feature a seven-inch multi-point touch screen, integrated Wi-Fi, and bluetooth. This is a great all-in-one communications solution for the workplace.
