This tool used to be known as ‘Teams Voice.’ Microsoft loves to frequently change the names of its products and it has recently been changed to ‘Teams Phone.’ In this blog, we will use this interchangeably.

Listening to music between work calls has never been easier. With up to 300ft in device connectivity, this is a great headset option for your employees.
Poly – Blackwire 8225 – $229
This moderately priced headset has many flexible and noise cancelling features and comes with Acoustic Fence technology, as well as an on-call indicator. The Poly Blackwire 8225 is a corded headset that has excellent audio reviews to drown out the noise around you. We think this is a good headset choice; however, it has a cable and many prefer wireless options now. The sound quality of this headset may be be hard to beat, though.
