It would hang on the Autodiscover portion indefinitely. Since Outlook 2016 (well at least the preview) can only be configured via Autodiscover I thought I would give the support tool a try as the Remote Connectivity Analyzer said my Autodiscover record was fine.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Download and ready to go!<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb.png\" alt=\"Office 365 Support and Recovery Assistant \" width=\"525\" height=\"395\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"527\" height=\"397\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Yup having problems with Outlook<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb2.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"528\" height=\"397\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><em>\u201cI can\u2019t set up Outlook with my Office 365 account\u201d<\/em><\/strong> pretty much nails my issue<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb3.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"529\" height=\"397\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">I\u2019m on the affected PC<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb4.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"531\" height=\"399\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">And its off and running!<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image5.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb5.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"532\" height=\"400\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The tool confirms everything looks great and offers to setup the profile for me<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regroove.ca\/archive\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-top: 0px;padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/kinglou.itgroove.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2015\/09\/image_thumb6.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"533\" height=\"400\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">It asks me to sign in to make sure everything is OK. I had a look through the XML file and everything looks fine so I don\u2019t know why the native Autocorrect didn\u2019t work as expected, but I\u2019m going to chalk it up to a preview version of Office 2016 and the newly installed Windows 10.
