Remote Desktop cannot verify the identity of the remote computer because there is a time or date difference between your computer and the remote computer.<\/h4>\n

I ran into an issue where I couldn\u2019t RDP to a server by its name and received the following error.<\/p>\n

This was definitely a DNS issue as I could still RDP and log in by using the servers IP address. Once logged in via the IP address I was able to check the IPv4 settings and found it was indeed pointing to the wrong DNS server.
