Weird SBS RWW problem with IE11<\/h4>\n

I had a client today that wanted access from home to his work PC and since he had SBS 2008 it should have been easy since Remote Web Workplace was already installed & configured. I went into the SBS console and gave him access to his PC and made sure everything for him was good to go for RWW.<\/p>\n

Logging in as him worked fine, but he was completely missing the tab for \u201cConnect to a Computer\u201d<\/strong>!?!<\/p>\n

So I checked and restarted everything, IIS, Services, SSL binding, Webpages and even re-ran some SBS network wizards to no avail.<\/p>\n

Turns out it was a stupid IE11 compatibility setting. I went to the Gear \u2013> Compatibility View Settings<\/strong> and added the site and voila it was back!<\/p>\n
