If you\u2019re getting an error on load of PerformancePoint about it being unable to load (basically you get a Windows error that your application failed to launch successfully \u2013 such as \u201cPerformancePoint dashboard designer has stopped working\u201d), the link below could resolve your issue (it worked for me).  <\/p>\n

Basically this will reset all your settings back to the out of the box settings for PerformancePoint, which means you\u2019ll lose any customizations, data sources, etc. that you\u2019ve setup, but at least you\u2019ll be able to relaunch the application.<\/p>\n
