Yup, itgroove is 10 years old! You\u2019ll see lots on our various blogs as well as our website about the anniversary so I won\u2019t drone on about it here. But I do want to single out and commend Sean for having the stamina to sweat it out over the years in order for us to get to this milestone.<\/p>\n
I joined itgroove 5 years ago on October 1, 2008 and roughly a month later the economy went into the toilet. Many company owners would have simply \u201ccut and run\u201d and ejected the most recently hired staff and\/or everyone but the absolute essential core. Not Sean (bless him)! He gritted his teeth and dug in, as did the rest of us, and working as a team we grew the business even during bad economic conditions. That is not an easy thing to do and, for a business owner, it has to be a pretty harrowing experience. I mean it \u2018s not just his <\/em>mortgage that\u2019s at stake, it\u2019s everyone\u2019s<\/em> (metaphorically speaking)!!<\/p>\n Sean set the rhythm (he\u2019s a drummer, don\u2019t ya know) and the rest of us filled in the rest of the score and here we are, a thriving, buzzing, happening organization of 10 persons ready to write the next 10 year\u2019s of itgroove\u2019s history.<\/p>\n
